Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you wear from Wintreela. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help, under the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
– The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
– All original tags and packaging must be intact.
– The item must be a full-priced product (discounted or sale items are not eligible).
– The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., undergarments, accessories, or items marked final sale).
Exchanges
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange for online purchases, provided items are in original condition with tags intact. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange. You may exchange for a different size, color, or a new style. The online exchange process takes 7–10 working days.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that an item you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will accept it for a refund and arrange free return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. For paid orders, the refund will be issued to the original card used; for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it will be transferred to a bank account provided by the original customer. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, although this may vary depending on your bank. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Courier Returns Only
Wintreela currently does not operate physical retail outlets. Therefore, all returns and exchanges will be handled via courier pickup and delivery services only.
Our support team will guide you through the return process, including how to securely package your item for courier collection.
Courier Charges
We offer free return courier pickup if the item:
– Was received damaged or defective
– Is incorrect (wrong size, color, or item)
If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind, sizing preference), return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
– Sale or discounted items
– Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
– Items without original tags or packaging
– Items returned after 7 days from delivery
– Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Important Notes
– Returned items must pass quality inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
– If your return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
